OUR POLICIES AND AGREEMENTS
All orders must be transmitted in writing (text or email). Customers who wish to place a phone order must approve written order acknowledgment before order can be processed. Resale and Wholesale customers must have proper documentation on file with Samaritan Xocolata, including a complete wholesale application.
Shipping occurs Monday - Thursdays. Insulation packs will be used in warm weather climates or for large orders / 20 kg+ and subject to additional charges. Time of delivery also depends on our carriers/suppliers, and “Samaritan Xocolata” rejects any liability for late deliveries caused by carriers/suppliers. Late delivery not due directly to “Samaritan Xocolata” can never cause a breach or dissolution of the contract or entitlement to damages.
Out of Stock/Back Ordering:
Many products are made fresh after the order is placed. In the event of a product being out of stock/ unavailable, the product will be removed from the order and placed on back order. Once the product becomes available, customers have the option to reorder after notified by Samaritan Xocolata Chocolate Company Customer Service.
New product samples are available for existing wholesale customers per order. For new customers, up to 3 sample sized packets are available at no charge; however customer is responsible for freight charges (including cooler and ice packs in Warm Weather Climate). Samples may not be in original retail packaging and will be marked as a sample.
All orders must be paid by Bank Transfer or Paypal (accepts Credit Cards). Paid in full on acceptance of order. Wholesale customers with approved credit on orders over $1000 may pay 50% up front and are eligible for NET 15 day terms on invoices after 3 months of on time payment. Credit Cards accepted via Paypal are: Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. Invoices not paid within 15 days incur a penalty of 2.5% for every 7 days not paid. Invoices not paid after 90 days will be in default unless approved by Samaritan Xocolata Company wholesale director. Customers who use a check without established credit must wait until the check clears before the product ships. Paypal fees are the customer's responsibility and will be indicated on your invoice.
Samaritan Xocolata Chocolate Company reserves the right to change prices without notice.
Returns are generally not allowed except in the case of shipment of incorrect product. Customers must notify Samaritan Xocolata Chocolate Company within 24 hours if product is damaged. We do not accept any return without prior agreement.
Due to the delicate nature of our product, we do not do consignment sales.
